| Animal Relay Races: | Bearcrawl Crab Walk Duck Walk Backwards Bearcrawl Frog Hops Puppy Dog Walk Alligator Crawl |
| Strength Circuit: | 4 stations at the corners of the gym, children start in center of the gym Center = Sit Ups Corner #1 = Push Ups Corner #2 = Jumping Jacks Corner #3 = Mountain Climbers Corner #4 = Squat Jumps Children will perform each exercise for 30 sec, returning to the center after each corner. Children will either lunge, bear crawl or skip back and forth between the center and each corner. |
| Balance Drill: | Children will face their partner and stand on one leg. One child will throw the ball to their partner, if caught, the person who threw the ball takes a step back so as to now be balancing on their other foot. If not caught, children return to starting position and try again. |
| Cardio: | Children will walk/jog/skip/run a quarter mile |
| Cool Down: | Heel Walks for 50 yds Toe Walks for 50 yds Walk Backwards for 50 yds |
